Mulvey by making publication of this Citation once, at least ten days previous to the ' return day hereof, in some newspaper published in your County, to appear at the next regular term of the Probate Court No. 2of Harris County, Texas, after service has been perfected, to be holden in the Courthouse thereof, in Houston, Texas, the same being Monday, September 8, 1975, then and threr to answer a Petition filed in said Court on August 21, 1975, in a probate action now pending in said Court in the above numbered and styled Estate on the Probate Docket of said Court, wherein Lois C. Mulvey is Plaintiff and the Unknown Heirs of said Deceased are the Defendants; said Petition containing allegations as is shown in the attached copy of said Petition.NO. 135,638 The State Of Texas County Of Harris In The Probate Court Of Harris County, Texas Petitition To Declare Heirship To Said Honorable Court: Petitioner, Lois C. Mulvey, complaining of Darrell Mulvey and Jeffery Mulvey, as Defendants, respectfully shows the Court:That Billy Frank Mulvey has died;That there has been no administration in this State upon his Estate;That there are no debts pending and no need for such administration;That such decedent at the time of his death owned the following described property, which so far as is known to Petitioner, is the only property owned by decedent:, One-half (Va) the proceeds of Servicemen's Group Life Insurance Policy in the amount of $20,000.00, being Certificate Number 403-890, which said sum is $10,000.00, plus accrued interest, and represents the separate property of the deceased. The proceeds of this insurance policy as aforementioned were due and payable at the time of the death of Billy Frank Mulvey, by reason of the death of his son, Billy M. Mulvey, a member of the United States Coast Guard.That such property is the separate property of the decedent;That said Petitioner is a person claiming to be the owner of a part of
