Fayette Men Arraigned On Gambling ChargesOAK HILL (RNS) - Ton men were arrested in an Oak Hill poo. room in a Saturday night raid, by a combined raiding party ot State and City Police., and were given hearings early this week before an Ansted magistrate.Clay Garvin, owner of Clay’s Pool Room, along with nine other men, were arraigned at 7 p.m. Monday on gambling charges before Magistrate W. B. Mullins.Garvin was assessed a fine of $500. and one defendant was ordered to pay $100 The remaining eight pay fines of $25 each.Besides Garvin the other men were: Howard C. Cole.
