The charge was dismissed after a coroner’s jury found that Ball met death at the hands of unknown persons, the May 24th murder still is' unsolved.Mrs. Rhodes testified at k pre-| liminary hearing that she had been riding with Ball early on the morning of the 24th. She said, her hus-| band appeared with a flashlight | in one hand and “something else! in the other.
