01BOUND TO GRAND JURYon Statutory chargeJlock Island, Aug. 28.—George Mosher, 51, of 1007 Seventh avenue, waived preliminary hearing when I arraigned this morning . in police court on a statutory charge. His bond was set at $5000 and he was remanded to the county Jail. The complaint was signed by County Investigator Elmer Conner. Mosherhas been in custody Blhce June 30.
