It was on the farm of Binion. Near jMorehead in Rowan county, the same j officers arrested Arvel Williams and jFrank Eden with eight gallons of whisky and charged them with trans- □portihg. I ^The defendants were all brought before United States Commissioner A. J. Counts, of this city, and all gave bond except James and Ed Nichols, who were sent to jail at Morehead to await their examining trial.
