Grand Jury Has Been Ordered to Report to Judge Jennings at Ten O'Clock Next Tuesday John Gasilow, indicted for murder in the frst degree and accused of killing Myra Schmid, womson of the underworld. In her salon on lower Brent street Inst Pebruary, will be the first defendant to appear for trial during the September term of court which will begin ‘Tuesday, Septem ber 2 The grand and petit jurors have been ordered to report to Judge Rob ert W. Jennings a If am, next Tuesday. Other cases set for trial are: Annie Gerritgen, represented by John Rustgard, vs. Joseph Gerritzen, represented by R. KE. Robertson, The United States vs. Frank Dick, Indicted of the murder of Dry Bay Charlie at Yakutat on November 18, 1917, The probate of the estate of Mrs. Mary A. Fries, deceased. H. L. Faulkner is attorney for John G. Grone, executor and John R. Winn for Conrad W. Fries, husband of the deceased and one of the legatees un der the will. Roy C. Lyle, plaintiff or petitioner and as receiver in bankruptcy vs. John G. Grant, Donald Sinclair, in his own reht and assignee of C. J. Leeds and J. M. Tanner, as U. S. Marshal of the First Judicial Divi sion of Alaska. John R. Winn is. at torney for the plaintiff and Hellen ttal and Hellenthal represent the defendants. fn
