He was taken into custody Aug. 20 after a six hour standoff in the 1400 block of Barbour Avenue.He remained in Vigo County Jail withno bail set. If convicted of murder in Fullers death. Ellinger faces a potentialprison sentence of 45 to 05 years, and a habitual offender enhancement that could add up to 30 years to his sentence.ELLINGER
