SYRIAN FOUND GUILTYNapoleon Zarick Who Sent BlackHand Letter Guilty at FrankfortNapoleon Zarick, the Syrian boy arrested at Frankfort several days ago charged with sending a black hand letter to the proprietors of the Greek candy kitchen there, was found guilty of blackmail by Judge Combs in juvenile court. Pronouncement of sentence was taken under advisement until the court corresponds with officials of the Toledo Newsboys Association, at Toledo, 0., of which the youth claims to have been a member for eight years before moving to Frankfort. Judge Combs will inquire the record of the boy while he resided in Toledo, and the answer will have considerable bearing upon the disposition of the case. The Zarick boy, who is not yet fifteen years old, was accompanied in court by his father, Salim Zarick, who operates a fruit stand in Frankfort. The family moved to Frankfort from Toledo a few weeks ago.Young Napoleon Zarick has a brother residing in Lebanon, also a sister, Mrs. T. Swava. who are excellent people and who regret the indiscretion of their younger brother. The boy's mother died only last spring and much sympathy should be extended to him.— ——
