MAN SENTENCED FOR THIRD TIME* o..............Roy Fulmer Pleads Guilty Again to Drunken Driving ChargePleading guilty for the third time in five years to a charge of drunken driving, Roy Fulmer of Indiana ft. D. 5 was sentenced by Judge E. E. Creps yesterday to serve one to two years imprisonment in the Allegh* eny County Workhouse and pay costs and a fine of $500.Fulmer was sentenced first on the charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in 1936. He was paroled after serving two months of a three to six months sentence. He was sentenced again last year to serve from eight to 16 months and pay a fine of $300, but was once again paroled after serving approximately two months,
