James Good, Jr., 1* Bound Over for the Redaction of Lena Gerdis. Bond Fixed at $500,From Friday* dally.The preliminary hearing of .lames Good. Jr., charged with the seduction of Leun Gerdis was held yesterday afternoon behind closet! doors. After hearing the testimony offered l»y the state, being that of the prosecuting witness who spoke plainly and convincingly of her relations with the defendaut, and of Dr. Brick who gave evidence as to the delicate condition of the girl, Justice Kain took the rase under advisement until two o’clock this afternoon when he bound the defendant over to await the action of the grand jury at the next term of court- Good was released from custody under $5l0 bond* which were sigued by his father.
