Pro volt elt;l,John Thomas, Sanford Thomas and Justice Thomas, all of Bethlehem township, were arrested by Constable Bell yesterday, anti brought before 'Squire Shatlrey on a charge of provoke. The accused took a change of venue, and the case was sent to ’Squire. McKee, of Bethlehem township, for trial. The whole muss appears to be simply a neighborhood row of huge dimensions.
