They also are charged in Virginia with five burglaries, according to Sullivan County In-v e s t i g a t or Alhan ‘'Buster” Brown.A county deputy said Wednesday the youftis literally ripped the interior of one stolen car to shreds, “just being mean.“They’d drive a little way and tear off a sun visor and throw it out the window, then drive a little farther and tear off a mirror ” he said.
