Held To Grand Jury In TheftI 1Donald W. Conn of Port Clinton, Ohio, was bound to the grand jury following a preliminary hearing in Municipal Court Tuesday, charged with larceny, i Conn is the third of a trio accused of taking a billfold containing $78 belonging to Ernest Latta, operator of the Eldon Y: service station, Aug. 17. It is alleged that Conn and the others, Ival McVey and Larry Payne, divided the money, with Payne destroying the purse. lt;! McVey and Payne have both i pleaded guilty to a similar lt;charge and presently each are i serving two months of six month I sentences imposed upon them.
