Harrv Moon. Jr., Ottumwa, had on file in district court today a damage action for $5,131 12 against Edward J. Kosman in connection with personal injuries and damages to his motorcycle in acollision July 3, 1945, on Church street.The petition charges that the defendant was operating a car negligently, thus causing the accident.
