GROVES — The Groves city marshal said Friday it probably would be next week before arrest warrants or grand jury review of evi dence would be possible concerning the shooting death of Harry Hebert of Groves. After meeting with a repre sentative of the district attorney's office, Mark Domingue, Groves city mar shal, said it may be necessary to subpoena var ious records for evidence purposes. Hebert, 52, of 4508 Bellaire Ave., was shot in the chest with a shotgun around mid night Sunday when he answered his door. Police have two primary suspects in the case, Domingue said Friday morn ing, 2 hospitalized in accident BEAUMONT — A Silsbee man and a Lufkin man were taken to Baptist Hospital fol lowing an accident between Police beat car and a motorcycle Friday night. Terry Spell, 22, of Lufkin was in serious condition Friday night with a multiple fracture in one leg after being taken to Baptist Hospi tal by Life Flight Helicopter and Mark Sims, 23, of Sils bee, was in fair condition according to Jack Shaeffer an emergency room worker at Baptist Hospital The accident occurred on U.S. 96 at between the Neches River Bridge and Silsbee, said a Department of Public Safety dispatcher.
