Faulty Brakes GetMotorist a TicketPrentiss F. Bretthorst, Jr., 17, of Holts Summit, was given a ticket by the State Highway Patrol, Saturday night, and will ap- ! pear at Fulton, Monday morning, to answer to a charge of driving a car without brakes.. The charge grew out of an accident in which his car collided with one driven by EmersonLangley, 51, of Tebbetls, who was accompanied by Mrs. In a Jennings, also of Tebbetts, who suffered cuts and bruises in the mishap.The accident occurred at the junction of Route D with Highways 54 and 63, at the Mokane junction.
