North Lawrence Man Denies Charges Filed By Dr. W. K. HarrisMyron Crofut, 27, a dairyman of R. D. l, North Lawrence, was accused in municipal court today by Or* W. K. Harris, city health department food and dairy inspector of charges of interference with inspection and assault and battery.He entered denial to both of the inspector’s charges and was released under bond for appearance for trial Friday, at 9:15 a .m. He furnished bond of $50 on the charge of interfering with the dairy inspector and $100 on the assault and battery charge.£teputy Sheriffs Roman and Lochmyer arrested Crofut at theCity View dairy, R, D. 2, NorthLawrence, late Friday afternoon, on affidavits filed by Harris.Harris, with an eye discolored today, alleged Crofut fought him when he went to the dairy to make an inspection.
