He waived a hearing before United States Commissioner A. R. Hagner and was released in bond of 51,00 for trial in the Federal Court. He is representedby D. A, Wolflnger.At an abandoned farm house on the road leading from Smithsbnrg to Wolfsville the agents seized two stills, one of 150 gallons capacity and the other of 50 gallons capacity.
