MEN FINED FOR DISTURBANCEAnton Kendzierski Draws Fine of SiOd And Stranger Gets $50 And Costs.Anton Kendzierski was fined $100 and costs before Judge Hurless last Tnen-! day afternoon for inflicting injuries vp_ on his step daughter. Clara Kcndaeir-ski. an account of which was printed im this paper last week. Bareslaw Knrp-clski was fined $'»ft and costs for carry -in ooltoeaFM weapons. He paid np» while Kendzierski was sent to jail to lay out his fine which will taye twenty-two days.The account of last week showed that Kendzierski kicked his step-daughter nut o ft he house and broke her leg. Krupelski shot a number of times “into the air to call the police, and when the smoke had cleared away, found her had shot a nuighbor woman, Mrs. Rek-oski, who had been shot and seriously wounded by the bullet severing tin* main artery of the arm .Mrs. Rekowski was taken to the hospital in Spring Valley where she still remains.
