Troutner, 55, Saegertown, RD 2, faces trial on 20 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse four counts of statutory rapeand five counts of indecent assault.The crimes allegedly occurred off school property in the Guys Mills area, about 10 miles east of Meadville. They spanned the period from Jan-uary 1991 to November 1992 when the girl was between 13 and 15 years old, Meadville* based state police said,The Penncrest School Boardeight months ago fired Troutner, who had been teaching for more than 20 years.
