Hogshead previously had asked for bis check, but Jobe said he could, not be given the check until he had filed a W-4 form listing deductions for tax purposes.Hogshead later filed the form. Jobe said he called Hogshead from a Board of Review meeting and- intended to tell him that, since he had filed the form, Jobe would issue the check.A discussion ensued and Jobe said that, if Hogshead said Jobe wasn’t performing his duties properly he was a liar. Hogshead struck Jobe:. Jobe told him not to hit him again until Hogshead removed, his glasses. He removed them and Jobe struck Hogshead. Hogshead said he has a heart ailment.Hogshead said the fight occurred when Jobe called him from the meeting “and got all over roe.”State’s Atty, Jack Williamson filed charges of assault and battery against Hogshead in tho court of Vienna Police Magistrate L. A. Huosaker. Hogshead obtained a change of venue to the court of Justice of the Peace Lewis H. Walker. He posted #100 bond. No heating was set,Williamson filed peace disturbance charges against Jobe ift Walker’s court Jobe obtained a change of venue to Husaker’i court. He posted #100 bond and a hearing is due Monday.
