The latest to he taken is Patsy Padilla, a cousin of Antonio Padilla the man supposed to have shot Clemente. Patsy is charged with having hidden his cousin In* Norwalk for seven days after the slaying and then turned him over to Joseph Prat inn who drove him to Canada where both men were arrested this week.Patsy Padtthi's arrest was made by stale police Sergeants Frank Virelii and Walter I.eanyan and local detective Sergeant Mrtin I.engyel. Norwalk. Patsy was placed in the Norwalk lock-up and is being held without bail.Meanwhile. E. Earle Carllck. assistant state's attorney, announced lie is drawing up a warrant charging Prntino with murder, acting under the statutes.Sergeant Lenye lias been promoted to be acting detective sergeant and 011 September 1st will be detective sergeant as a reward for his part in the solutiou of tlie Clemente slaying.
