A suspended fine of $200 and costs was re* ceived by Nellie Nelson of TaylorviUe, when she appeared in City court and pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing untaxed liquor. The suspension was made on the recommendation of State Excise Officer Herring who arrested the woman July 28.
