Arrests had not been made in the other two cases and the names of those indicted were not made ; public.Several cases were settled and dismiss'd and there were a number of divorce cases disposed of, it wlt;*-stated.A jury case tried Tuesday, Luriim* Johnson, et vir., vs. Oskar Korn arid E. Moliison, suit for taxes and insurance, was settled through an instructed verdict.’ Non-Jury cases disposed of include: J. W. Gilmer vs. W. A.
