Guilt Is Denied In Put-in Bay CasesVerne Godon, Franklin Whitt-more, and Roy Webster, who were arrested Tuesday by federal dry agents under W. H. Rankin at Putin Bay on charge of violating the prohibition act and maintaining a nuisance, filed pleas of not guilty yesterday before John C. Budd, United States commissioner at Toledo, Each is being held on $1,000 bond. The date of the hearing has not been set.
