Hiram Bocock Brought from Bloomington This Morning To Answer To the Charge In the Mayor’s Court.ARE WELL KNOWN IN THIS CITYHiram Bocock was brought to this city from Bloomington this morning by Chief of Police Johns on the charge of wife desertion. When arraigned in the Mayor’s court this morning he entered a plea of not guilty and the case is set for trial August 27th. He was unable to give bond in the amount of $250 and he was committed to jail The Bocock family formerly resided in Mitchell and have a namber of relatives in this city. Bocock when arrested was working at a quarry about two miles from Bloomington.
