The officers shadowed him all day Saturday and «»fficer Vesey made the arrest In front of Uiery’s billiard hah, where Rigney has spent much of bis time. Upon going to hi* home aboul 515 worth of plunder was found Including hubs, spokes, chains, tires, etc
