County JaiI Escapee Goins Freedom FromState PenitentiaryCecil Ray Rinehart who was sentenced to the state pen in 1957, has been freed in District Court following a hearing before DistrictJudge Kermit Nash. It was determined he had been sentenced for the wrongoffense. Rinehart was in the ountyjail during the time the courthouse was being remodeled. He was facing charges of burgla y. After escaping he was captured in Lov-ington, and entered guilry pleas to both die escape charge and burglary.He is reported tohavebeen a model prisoner since 195 .
