The witness then gave a history of suicide’s stay at the alms house, and said he saw him (Kramble) in Decutur on the 3rd of August.“I'uclo Ben” Berkshire, a venerabledurkoy, next testified he saw Kramhol on the 29th of July when the latter said he would never again return to the poor house. Witness knew Krambd's body by a disabled arm. “Unde Ben” greatly amused the jury and specUtois by closing with, “You’ll nebbcr see ole Fred on dc arth agin ; he's dun ^one j da he liangs rotten.” iThe jury returned a verdict that I\ramble came to his death by hanging and by bis own hand.
