I I ----AA Mrs. Emma Jones was examined at Danville last week on a charge of setting fire to tho house in which she lived, in Plainfield, the properly of a Mrs. Worth, but was discharged for want of evidence. When the Justice announced her release she broke out into shrieks of ecstasy, and covered Colonel Nave, hor counsel, with a profusion of tender acknowledgments of his services. Some say she kissed him, but the Ledger don’t believe it.
