(Continued from Page one) phernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana were filed in Circuit Court Monday by the Prosecutor's office against Robert G. Winkler, 25, and Charles Farthing, 26, both of R.R. 5 Winkler and Farthing were arrested on warrants Monday night charging them with unlawful dealing of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, when the state police, the sheriff's department, and the city police conducted a raid on their Posey Township home. Charges of unlawful possession of a paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana were also filed against Gregg Deane, 18, 416 West 5th Street; Gregory Estes, 18, and Danny Estes, 21, both of R.A. 1, who were also arrested in the drug raids conducted in the city and county Monday night Deane and Danny Estes were arrested at that time on charges of unlawful dealing in a con trolled substance, and Gregory Estes was charged with illegal possession of marijuana. Others arrested in the raids on charges of unlawful dealing in a controlled substance were Barton A. Jimison, 20, 414 North Harrison Street: Gary E. Johnson, 21, R.R. 2; Michael Skiles, 25, R.R. 2; and David L. VanWert, 21, 605 North Perkins Street. A force of more than twenty police officers conducted the raids of eight locations in and around Rushville Monday night which culminated nearly five months of investigations by undercover agents of the Indiana State Police Narcotics Division and the Rushville City Police. Prosecutor William B. Keaton stated this morning that his office anticipates filing further charges against Winkler and Farthing as soon as the analysis of the substances recovered in the raid on the Winkler- Farthing home are returned from the lab. According to Judge G. Richard Pile of Rush Circuit Court no arraignment date has been set, pending the return of the warrants to his office. Winkler, Farthing, the Estes brothers, Jimison and Skiles have all been released from jail on bond.
