Whiteside County Courthouse ReportMagistrate CourtMORRISON DIVISIONMaurice Partridge, Sterling, was charged with theft and the case was continued to Aug. .11 for a preliminary hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and upon posting hail he was released on his own recognisance.The incident was in connection widi unauthorized money obtained from the Go-Tane Service Station, 1313 1st Avc., Hock Falls. The amount of money obtained was $1,649.35.
