MAN IIELO AFTER ATTEMPT AT ATTACK ON NIECECecil Himes, of Drummonds, was being held m Ridgwuy without bail Jasl week on the charge of attempted rape on his nine*year-old niece. Himes, when given a hearing pleaded not guilty to the charge. The crime was said to have been attempted June 29. The case was investigated by Private J. E. Steiner of the State Police barracks at Pimx-sutawney.
