Soldiers Grove ShootingReenacted by Harold BestPrairie du Chien, Wis., Aug. 18— (/P)—Sheriff Oliver White said today that Harold Best, 15, had re enacted for him the killing of his 11-year-old sister, Mildred.Signed Confession 1 The sheriff said Harold, held on a delinquency charge, admitted in a signed and witnessed statement Monday he shot his sister June 4 after she repulsed his improper advances.Yesterday, White took Harold to the Soldiers Grove farm home of the children’s aunt, Mrs. Lillian Shaw, where the girl was slain at night while the Shaws were absent.bras?Conscience Strickenago—Three years ago a large sign bearing the words, '’The President,” was stolen from the door of President Robert M.
