Bell Moon waved examination and was bound over to appear ut the next term of the circuit court under $500 bonds. Acceptable security was found and he is now breating the free air of Pleasant Valley. He will probably make himself solid with his relatives before the trial comes off. Messrs. Frawley, Hendrix Brooks are his advisers.
