He says it has come to his attention within the past week or two' that races are being held on Main avenue, especially between 11 and 12 p.m. Gillette said this will not be tolerated.Durham and Miss Yadon have been released to their parents. A compaint will be filed in police court and transferred to probate court if they prove they are under 18.Wayne Prater, Filer, was fined $50 and costs by Filer Justice of the Peace V. A, Allison Friday when he pleaded guilty of reckless driving.
