Accordion ThiefGets ProbationEL CERRITO, Aug. 17. — Vincent Lombardo. 22, of 545 Sun Pablo Avenue, Albany, today had pleaded i guilty to a petty theft charge resulting from the asserted theft of an accordion. July 30, from the home of Vito Addiego, 435 Richmond: Avenue.Appearing before Judge A. H. McKinnon the charge was lowered from burglary as first filed, and Lombardo was given probation for two years with the understanding he report to his father. Violation of parole will result In a six months’ County jail sentence. Judge MacKinnon said.
