A large number of witnesses were summoned to testify t but were not called upon this morn* n *rbgBrombach was released on bail last j evening, his mother furnishing se- j curity to the amount of $5000. This se-jcurity was allowed to stand. He was represented by Lawyer Moore and it was on the latter's request that, the]case was continued for one week.Among the witnesses who were! summoned and were in court this morning were: Thomas D. Peck,Janies D. Saverv, George Boynton, James Barry, Walter Burlingham, George Thornton, George Hoffman,! Frank Williams, Louis Schaffer, Mrs.Burlingham. Mrs. MeGabit and Joseph I Billedeau.
