Minn , Mailey stole cm automobile w hich was paikcd cn the street in from of tho owner s home This vehicle was recovered by pol;cc at Chicago on July 16, 1953.On Sept. 9. 1954, on indictment was returned by a Federal Grand Jury at St Paul, Minn , changing Mailey with a violation of the Interstate Transportation of Stolen Motor Vehicle Statute. The fugitive has been convicted previously for malicious damage to ct building for drunk driving and for the interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle.Mailey has been employed as a laborer, former, carnival worker mechanic, electrician and truck driver. His aliases include Roger Bailey, Gerald Casey, James R. Mailey and Rodger William Mailey.The fugitive is described as having a neat appearance and is said to consider himself a ladies' man. His hobbies include bowling, attending movies and mechanics. In the past, Mailey is known to have worn his hair crew cut style.Mailey may be accompanied by bis wife, a swarthy-skinned brunette approximately 30 years of age.
