WEST VIRGINIA TRAGEDYIn Which a Parmer's Hon in Killed Through Jealously.Donlow, \V. Va.f Aug. 9.—Levi Ramey,a farmer’s son, was shot and killed at a dance last night by Shearman Smith, through jealousy. A posse is pursuing Smith, who lied after committing the deed.Since the above was put in type Smith has given himself up to the authorities and is now in jail at Wayne. lie claims the shooting was done in sHf-defense.
