Stewart, are out of town today continuing their investigation of the shooting and the circumstances .which led to it.Thompson’* body, was taken in charge at the hospital by Robert R Huff, Saxton undertaker, to be prepared for burial.Walter Harold Thompson was a son of Walter'Scott Thompson and Carrie Grace (Kyper) Thompson, of McConnellstown, and was born in Walker township, April 24, 1909. At the time of death he was aged 26 years, 8 months and 20 days.He was united in marriage November 2ft, 19SO. to Ella Mae Cunningham, who with the parents and the following sisters and brothers survives: Mrs. MabelElizabeth • Chilcote, Mrs. Beulah Rose Robb, of McConnells town and Fred Woodrow Thompson, Dolly Oleda Thompson and Dorothy Laree Thompson, at home.Mr. Thompson was an industrious young man, and was an employee of the J. C. Blair Company in Huntingdon. He was affiliated with the Reformed church at McConnellstown.Funeral services will be held ,on Friday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock from the Reformed church at Mc-Conhellstown, conducted by Rev. A. M. Baggett, of Huntingdon. Interment in the McConnellstown cemetery. Huff’s funeral service.
