In a charge of this nature the bail is fixed by the eourt. It is possible, however, that the Commonwealth may consent voluntarily to Wtdner'g release on bail, in which case a habeas corpus hearing would notbe necessary.For some time past, according to Widner, new corn had been Btolen by some person or persons from his field along the Backbone road between James Creek and Hesston, some distance from his home. Sunday night about 8:30 o’clock.
