(.'lemons, of Joplin, Mo., came here yesterday and idenl tified one of the three men shot near here Thursday by Kansas highway patrolmen as Ike Youts* t ler, alias Yousler. IAlso they identif'ie 1 one of the other men as Tom Finn, also of Joplin. Mrs. Youtsler said she had j been asked by Mrs. .Clara Finn to see if her husband, Tom Finn, was ' cne of the men.The \vomen said they did net know the third mar, identified hv fingerprints and photographs as I Whitey” Mitchell. sToday Mrs. Finn and Mrs,Youtsler telegraphed County At-*tomey Clarence R. Reck stating they had arranged for burial of their husbands in Joplin. lt;Beck said Lyon county would pay the undertaking expenses herd and arrange for transportation of the' bodies. State highway officers! .are attempting to locate relatives of Mitchell.
