IDENTIFICATION POSITIVEWidow of One of Three Men Killed Near Here Identifies Two Bodies.Three mm, who were killed by state highway patrolmen in a gun battle east ot Emporia Thursday afternoon, were positively Identified Saturday afternoon by photographs and fingerprint records from Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri prisons and from the police department at Joplin, Mo, Early Sunday morning the wite of one of the men came- to Emporia and identified two of 'the bodies.The men. who were killed by officers who attempted to question them as bank robber suspects, were Ed alias George Whitey Mitchell, Tom Finn and ike Youtsler alias Yusler.Mrs. Birdie Youtsler and her sister, Mrs. T.
