Mrs. Youtsler said she 1 knew Finn and had been requested i by Mrs. Clara Finn to determine if i the man killed near here was her ] husband. ;Mrs. Youtsler said she and Mrs. 1 Finn would claim the bodies and : take them to Joplin if they could 1 get the money. It Is expected, of- i fleers said, that Lyon county would 1 help pay the cost. Youtsler Is sur- i vlved by his widow and two daughters, one 15 and one 17 years old. f Finn is survived by hit widow and t a son. 8 years old. Mrs. Youtsler said she worked in a factory in Joplin. Mr. Youtsler, she said, had not worked in a long time. Mrs. Youtsler told officers her husband had served three penitentiary sentences,but she did not know he was a gunman, according to Emporia officers. Mrs. Youtsler said she did not know the man identified as Mitchell.The bodies still are being held atthe Roberts - Blue undertaking rooms.
