II.,andarelast Saturday came to this city, to solicit cm* |As?F*plovment at Miller Co.’s Woolen Mill,Ar8»and not being able to secure a situation ataw:es-present, went to the Depot, Monday mornchaing, to take the 5 o’clock train home, butCds,the train had gone, and she concluded tobuswalk to Yellow Bud Station, and awaitinsle-the next train; that when near the railjroad bridge across the river, a colored |form-man overtook her, and she identified the .mossedefendant as the man: he said to her that jItwo fellows back there wanted to sec her, j7.cxB.andshe replied she didn't know any fellowsIrohere, and wouldn’t wait; that he took hold j(i:er,of her roughly, and she told him if he jAubothered her, she would have him arrestcitjan.ed, when he shoved her down the bank,VKW*and said he would show her who she wasbettalking to; she halloed, and he then pushda;ay,ed her down, tore her clothes, placed oneihand over her mouth, choked her, andGhhnsucceeded by force in outraging her perofson.
