Police Court*Business in the police court was not my brisk during the past week. On Saturday three cases were on the docket, two of which were discharged.Sarah A. Marshal was up, charged with disorderly conduct, but the city failed to make the case.Barney Dennison came next. Barney got himself outside too much blue ruin, became as drunk as a “biled owl” and whipped his wife while under the influence of the demon God. As a matter of course Mb was found guilty and sent to jail in default of pay or stay of f900.Mrs. Stilzinger was np for being disorderly, bat was acquitted.
