Williams St. reported, that she stopped her car on American Ave., near Fourth St., to permit another motorist to pull out of a parking space, when a man behind her attempted to swing around her and struck her car.The man failed to stop but she chased him and got a license number, she told police.While he was making a turn at. South . St. and Cherry Ave., Willard L. Weddell, 2490. Hayes Ave., told police, another car cjjJjwded him past the eenter line, 3 ides wiped him, and then drove away at * high rate of speed.
