i TWO WHO ROBBED FARMER ARE TO BE PAROLEDElmer Buttermore and Earl Derr j of North Lawrence, two of three | men who assaulted Harvey Walters at his farm home near the County Line Road in Baughman Township on the evening of September 12, 1942, and who were subsequently senteneed to serve from one to 25 years in Mansfield Reformatory on a charge of unarmed robbery, will be released on parole November 1.Jack Kleaver, the third man, who escaped from the Reformatory during his stay there, will remain in prison.The trio stopped at the Walters home and asked for a shovel on the pretext that their car was stalled in a ditch. When Walters gave them a shovel, one of the men hit him over the head with it and the three fled after taking Walters’ pocketbook, which contained only a small sum of money. The purse was later fished out of the canal at Massillon.
