POLICE NEWSCases ContinuedIn Municipal Court this morning Judge Waldron granted a continuance in two cases. Prank P. Daniel of this city, charged with operating a motor vehicle on Lafayette road while under the influence of liquor, had his case continued until tomorrow morning, and was held in bail of $200. He was arrested by State Officer Roger Perkins.The case of Harold L. Burrill, who is charged with passing a worthless check at the Oceanic Hotel at the Isles of Shoals, was again continued to await the return of the check through the clearing house. The check in question was for the sum of $5 and was drawn on a Wisconsin bank. The Boston Police Department has a warrant for Burrill s arrest on a similar charge, authorities state. The case will be heard next Monday morning.
